Shipping Policy offers standard delivery to all states in the USA and Canada. We use UPS and US Postal Service for all shipping destinations in the United States and DHL Global Mail Parcel to ship Internationally.

Most orders will be shipped within a day of being placed, however at times we may need extra time to prepare and package your order. Please allow 72 hours for your order to leave our warehouse.


Shipping to USA

Orders shipped within the US will typically arrive 5 to 10 business days after being placed. Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours and we will send you an email with your tracking information at the time of shipment. Please note we only ship on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States).


Express Shipping to USA now offers Expedited Shipping within the USA for a flat rate of $15. Express orders will typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours and we will send you an email with your tracking information at the time of shipment. Express Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following business day. Please note orders shipped to PO Boxes can not be expedited.


International Shipping

Orders shipped internationally will typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 48-72 hours. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.


An important note about international shipments

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.


Shipping Delays

We do not guarantee the arrival of international packages due to inconsistency of shipping services outside of the United States. Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of an order may occur due to the customs processing. This is outside of Elegant Diva Boutique's control and we cannot be responsible for such delays.


Return Shipments for USA customers

As USA customers, you may return all or part of your order within 7 days if you are not fully satisfied. RMA is required in order for returns. While we are processing your return, feel free to place a new order for the new size or style you want or a refund / credits.
